Plan your space
How much space do I need?
A 9-hole course requires approximately 1,200 square feet. Share your venue dimensions and layout with us so we can help you choose a course size and leave room for players to move comfortably.
Can the course be used indoors and outdoors?
Yes! Our courses work both indoors and outdoors, making them a flexible choice for offices, event venues, community spaces, and outdoor celebrations.
Can you set up on grass?
Yes. Grass, turf, concrete, and indoor flooring can all work. The setup area should be flat and even. Let us know about slopes, uneven ground, or other obstacles when requesting your quote.
What should I tell you about my venue?
Include the venue address, available space, surface type, and access route from the delivery vehicle. Please flag stairs, elevators, narrow entrances, and any venue-specific delivery requirements.
What if the weather changes?
For an outdoor event, we recommend discussing an indoor backup location with your venue. Contact our team to review your setup plans if weather could affect your event. Cancellation refunds follow the policy in the booking section below.

Packages & play
What is included with the course?
We provide putters, golf balls, scorecards, and golf pencils. Additional features vary by package, so visit our Packages page to compare course sizes, staffing, and event extras.
How many people can play at once?
Plan for up to 4 active players per hole: 12 players on a 3-hole course, 24 on a 6-hole course, or 36 on a 9-hole course. Larger groups can rotate through the course.
What ages can play?
Mini golf is a fun option for a wide range of ages and experience levels. We provide 5 different putter sizes to accommodate players from 3 feet to 6 feet 6 inches tall.
Do guests need golf experience?
No golf experience is needed. Guests can enjoy a relaxed round or keep score for a little friendly competition. It is an easy way to bring people together.
Which package should I choose?
The Social includes 3 holes and starts at $1,000. The Social Six includes 6 holes and starts at $1,700. For 9 holes, The Signature starts at $2,000 and The Main Event starts at $3,500. Explore the Packages page for the full details, or tell us about your guest count and event goals.
Can I add other activities or personalized items?
Yes. Ask about inflatables and games through our other brand, The Jump Party; personalized or custom-branded swag bags; and emcee / DJ equipment. Swag options include golf balls, tees, drink coozies, cinch bags, T-shirts, and more.

Booking & payment
How much does a mini golf rental cost?
Our three-hole Social package starts at $1,000. Your quote depends on the package, event date, and location. Compare packages and starting prices.
How do I request a quote?
Use our Request a Quote page and share your event date, location, estimated guest count, preferred course size, and rental duration. Add any special requests so we can help plan the right experience.
How far in advance should I book?
Reach out as soon as you have an event date and venue in mind. Availability varies by date, so contacting us early gives us more time to discuss your plans.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit of 50% of the order total is required.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event start time are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel within 6 days of your event, you can reschedule for a new date within 180 days of the original event date. Contact our team to cancel or reschedule.
Are there any additional fees?
We charge a separate delivery fee based on the number of miles from our facility to your venue. Additional charges may apply when the setup area is more than 50 yards from the delivery vehicle, or when access involves stairs, elevators, or other logistical challenges. Share those details when requesting your quote so we can account for them.
How long can I rent the course?
Rental durations can be customized to fit your event, including rentals that span multiple days. Tell us your preferred start and finish times when requesting a quote.

Delivery & event day
Do you provide staff?
Yes. The Main Event includes an event host. If you’re considering another package, tell us what help you’d like when you request a quote.
Is an attendant required?
Yes. The course must have either an Ohio Golf Entertainment attendant or an adult volunteer. Let us know who will oversee the course when we plan your event.
How should I prepare for delivery?
Have the agreed setup space cleared and ready, and arrange access with your venue. Identify an on-site contact who can direct our team to the setup area and explain any parking or loading instructions.
When will you arrive to set up?
A typical 9-hole course takes about 2 hours to set up. Let us know when guests will arrive, when we can access the venue, and whether there are any loading restrictions so we can plan our arrival with you.
What types of events are a good fit?
Portable mini golf is a great fit for corporate gatherings, school and community events, fundraisers, weddings, birthday parties, and family celebrations. Share your plans and we will help you choose a course and package.
Can you help with a unique venue or accessibility needs?
Tell us about your venue layout and any guest access needs before booking. We can discuss the available space, surface, and route around the course to help you plan an appropriate setup.
